- Pre-installation of air-conditioning
- installation of Electrical, Water and Sanitation
Excluded:
- VAT
- All Licensing of use for the Modular Home
- All Registration Fees
- Transportation
- Crane Services
- Establishment Costs outside the Porto and Brag Districts of Portugal
- Swimming Pool
- Civil Services and Foundation Preparations (concrete block bases / Steel Screws, connection to public networks)
Optional Extras:
- All our Standard Houses have the option to be upgraded to meet customers specific tastes and requirements
- namely: Upgraded Kitchens and appliances, Underfloor Heating, Manual or Electric Blackouts and Exterior Shutters.
Services we do not provide:
- Transportation and Crane Hire
- Civil and Foundation Preparations (Connections to public networks and Foundation Concrete Blocks / Steel Screws)
- Swimming Pool
- Financing
- Acquiring of Land
- Interior Decorating
- However, we do have preferred suppliers who we can recommend to assist with the above-mentioned Services that are not provided by Kanzler.
