KANZLER modular houses are well designed with approved structure plans.
At Kanzler Eco, the home is built using Building Systems.
This is simply a systematic approach whereby houses are built in a specialised factory, with top quality and safety control. The term Building Systems refers to how the structure is built rather than the form that it actually ultimately takes. All of our modular homes are constructed using this method. Only the highest level of experienced craftsmen is employed to construct our homes in what are termed units or modules.
In terms of quality, our modular homes are as resistant and aesthetically appealing as traditionally built homes.
All the materials used in constructing our modular houses carry guarantees and warranties.
Our houses are expected to have a life span of between 80 – 100 years. However, to increase the lifespan and durability of your modular house we recommend regular maintenance on the house.
People should not associate our modular house construction with other prefabricated houses. The materials used and the manufacturing system is of the highest standard.
